An architect by training, Xavier Carnoy has developed a highly personal style: shapes stripped of all but the essence, without superfluous detail; evocative dynamism. Recognized for his animal sculptures, he focuses his experimentation principally on harmony, balanced shapes and volumes. The artist brings new eyes to the Daum bestiary, giving it a highly artistic aspect.
