A classic with a twist. Fry pans are most often seen with one long stick handle - here, we replace that with two practical side handles, for a more convenient transition from stovetop to oven and tabletop. We also add a lid, so you can cook spinach and leafy greens in their own water, or simmer proteins, mushrooms and veg on a low heat after browning.
Sauté fresh healthy greens or shallow-fry chicken, fish and vegetables in this naturally low-sticking pan. Sear meat in the open pan, or use the lid to steam veggies and potatoes on low flame.
Crafted in solid copper for superior heat conductivity, hammered for increased strength and lasting beauty and tin-lined by hand over fire — so naturally low-stick.
The riveted handles are cast in solid bronze, and the lid is crowned by Ruffoni's signature acorns and leaves.
