Santoku Knife "Royal Chef" - Christofle
Santoku litteraly means «three good things” related to the tasks usually carried out in the kitchen which are: cutting, chopping and sliccing.
The santoku is the Japanese equivalent of the Chef knife, with one small difference: the santoku has alveoles which let the air goes between the blade and the food and enable them to separate easily.
